2)  Executive agreed to send a donation to Autism in the amount of $500.00, it should be noted that this amount is much lower than previous years as fundraising at events was curtailed due to Covid 19 restrictions.  This is the only other organization being supported by the club this year.
3)  President will be contacting Lounsbury's this week to obtain list of new members for 2020.

President Roger Bourgeois wanted to take the opportunity to thank all that came on the very few runs that were held this year. Thanks specifically to those that social distanced and wore masks.  There were some who didn't which in some cases may have caused cancellation or rescheduling.  He was happy to announce that to his knowledge none of the members caught this virus.  Next year will be as much of a challenge to work as a club but the executive will access the situation on a monthly basis.

On behalf of all the executive we want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Next meeting scheduled by video chat for Jan 4, 2021 at 7 pm.

Meeting adjourned by President.
