Agenda
Old business:
-Lounsbury's Annual Corvette show: Roger thanked everyone for their support at Lounsbury's show. Specifically, Lounsbury's staff, Parking volunteers- Trueman Copp, Dave McPherson, Wayne Coster, Allan MacKenzie, Ray Cormier, Roger Bourgeois and previous member Charles Gould; Registration table- Darlene Cormier and Helen Estabrooks; T-shirt table- Angie Bourgeois and Gina Harlow; 50/50 table- Kim McPherson and Debbie Legge. All which was a great success. Next year registration, t-shirts and parking of cars should finish at 12pm as 8:30am-12pm is enough time.
The 50/50 table raised $2806. The winner was Jody Crook from CCNS. His prize was $1403 and he donated $400 back to the club to add to the 50/50 pot for our charities.
Autism NB raised $573 at their table. The lady was very pleased with this.
Suggestions for next year's show include more volunteers, a 2nd food truck with different type of food being sold so not to compete with the other truck on site and reduce the number of small t-shirts for men and women.

New Business
-Don MacAulay is donating a paid hotel room for 2 nights at the Comfort Inn in Yarmouth as he is unable to attend the show. Dave to post on the group FB page to offer to anyone who may be interested.
-Atlantic Nationals: Dave handed out the agendas for the show. Kim has created and ordered 100 photos to display on each car showing that it is our Club's 35th Anniversary. Both days are an 8am entry and set up. We need volunteers to help park cars. A 50/50 will be done on both days to raise money for our charities.
Roger will be hosting a cruise on Friday, July 17th for the club and all out of town guests who are here for the Nationals to go to Alma. Departure is at 9:30am from Point Park Petro.
- An email needs to be sent out to suggest to members that they pick up a 2-way radio for club cruises for communication with directions, etc.
-CCNS is asking for donations to help for their meet and greet at the Maritime Corvette Fest. Dave and Kim, Roger and Angie, and Debbie and Derwin have extra new Lounsbury show shirts at home that we will bring with us to Yarmouth. Those who are going to Yarmouth and want to travel with the club, we will depart the Dieppe Irving at 8:30am on July 9th.
-Christmas Party. Debbie brought up that we should start planning the event as reservations need to be made to secure the hall and caterer. The group agreed to do it at the Moncton Dart Club and have the Igloo caterer again as everyone enjoyed the food at the party. We will also have the party in January again as more members from Nova Scotia are able to attend during that time. Debbie will reach out to Ivan to see when they plan on having their party so that we do not book ours for the same weekend.
-Race the mile date was moved to July 18th as the June 26th date got cancelled due to rain. This is during the same time as the Nationals.
- Angie will be contacting Doyles on the cost for making a pin or something to mark our clubs 35th Anniversary and will bring information to our next meeting.
