Minutes of February 4, 2013

The regular monthly meeting of the Greater Moncton Corvette Club was held on February 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lounsburys meeting room with the following members present:  Roger Bourgeois , Jacques and Monique Bossy, Steve White, Don MacAulay, Charles Gould, Alfred and Zelica Landry, Leontine & Roger Boudreau, Art & Diane Belliveau,  Gerry & Annette Warren, Wornick Price, Paul Dunn, Dave Fife, and Dwight & Libby Rayworth.

January minutes stood as read.

The Events Committee met to discuss up-coming events for the coming months.    Check the GMCC Web page for events posted to date.

The President has sent a letter to Lounsburys requesting sponsorship money for this year.

Financial Report
As of February 4 we have a balance of  --------   .    Motion:   It was moved by Wornick, seconded by Jacques that the financial report be accepted.  Carried.

Bills for Payment
Maritime Motorsport -   $100 for membership renewal

Quad C - $300 for membership renewal.

Motion:  It was moved by Alfred, seconded by Paul that these bill be paid.  Carried

Wornick reported that we have 37 paid members to date.

Roger reported on upcoming events from the Maritime Motorsport Newsletter
March 22 – 4 Wheeler Dinner
May 5 – Annual Business Meeting
June 1 – 8th Annual Petty Auto Fest
October 13 – 4th Anniversary of Building Opening
November 16 – 8th Annual Induction.

Motion to adjourn came at 7:45 p.m.

Leontine worn $18 in the 50/50 draw.
