What a great day for an adventure into the past. Eight Corvettes left Moncton for a trip to Fredericton, with a stop in Lincoln in case members from the Fredericton and Saint John Corvette clubs would have liked to join us.  No takers.  Once at Kings Landing, we walked to the King's Head Inn for a modern day meal set & served in 17th century furnishings and clothing. After lunch we walked to the historical church where counsel was holding a general meeting to hear community complaints. Vic entertained us by raising his hand with a complaint. He stated a group had driven up from Moncton in Vettes (wait Vic, there were no cars in the 17th century.... Who are these people who speak funny and wear unusual clothing).   He continued by stating he wanted something done about the horse shit on the roads.  Counsel resolved the issue by stating they'd "have the women clean it up".  Thank you Vic for that bit of fun.  Homeward bound we made a stop for fresh veggies & ice cream in Maugerville.  It was a gorgeous day that ended with a leisurely drive home.
