Lounsbury Meeting Room 7pm
Present: Ray and Darlene Cormier, Michelle and Glen Best, Dave and Kim MacPherson, Carrie Anne and Richard Rioux, Marc and Sandra Melanson, Debbie Legge and Derwin Cooling, Scott Mullin, Margaret Mayes and Trueman Copp, Angela and Roger Bourgeois, Rick and Helen Estabrooks, Dave Fyffe.
Meeting called to order by President Dave MacPherson.
Minutes of May meeting read by Secretary Helen Estabrooks, 50/50 amount to be clarified by treasurer,
Discussion of the minutes – Dave M advised that Don MacAulay has reported that the club will not be receiving a bill from Lloyds of Moncton for curtains supplied for Speed Sport East display.
- Angela reported Doyles is asking 5.00 plus tax for window stickers and 500 need to be ordered, other businesses will be contacted for quotes including Futura in Riverview.
- Pens – Amsterdam quoted $1.75 or less, Angela motioned seconded by Richard that 250 be ordered, all in favor, motion carried.
50/50 for May meeting $21.50 correct, Helen motioned, and Margaret seconded that minutes be accepted as read, all in favor, motion carried.
Correspondence: NAACC member cards received for all members and distributed, note discounts on reverse of card.  Petition to the Federal Government is available for signing on their website concerning ethanol.
Discussion regarding site Top Fuel.ca where you can impute postal code to find where to purchase fuel where there is no additive in your area.
Old Business:  Roger reported on previous trips.
May 11 to Pictou – 6 cars participated, group had lunch with Rolly MacDonald, toured Museum in Stellarton, came home the old road, road conditions great.
May 25 to Fredericton – 5 cars participated, High School Mall Display had all cars, boats etc.  Only 3 corvettes.
May 26 Knights of Columbus Breakfast and car show – 6 cars participated, then run for ice cream where Angie and Roger left to go to Celebration for Life for Kingsley Lewis from PEI to show support from Moncton Club for his wife Gerry.
May 30 – June 2, Bar Harbour, nice weather, 127 cars on the ball field for the show, wedding for Ray and Darlene, great atmosphere for the weekend.
Group who went on run  June 1 Norton Run reported they had 6 cars participate, great purchases at bakery and farmers market, Moose Horn covered bridge, lunch, ferry drive trip to Alma for 4 cars, purchase of lobster and sticky buns. 400 km day.

Financial Report: Presented by Treasurer Roger Bourgeois Deposit $2400, $35 etransfer, cheques written to Autism and IWK in the amount of $1350 each. Balance XXXX, Petty Cash $115.77. Roger moved seconded by Rick to accept report, all in favor, motion carried.
Bills for Payment: $5.52 staples for Speed Sport East entry forms and bank deposit sheets.  This bill to be paid through petty cash, Marc volunteered to do coping in the future if needed.
Trips for calendar, Rick to add to site, Aug 4 Memramcook Car Show, participants travelling on own should be there by 9 am, group will meet across from Esso at closed Pharmacy in that area at 8:30.
June 29 – RSVP will be required, if not more than 4 are attending event will be cancelled.
Potential Run  July 13 Saint Martins leaving Magnetic Hill McDonalds 10 am with RSVP to Dave M as reservations for lunch would be at Caves Restaurant.
New Business: 1) Lounsbury Car Show June 15, food trucks will be on time this year.  Autism will have representatives at registration.  Some workers needed at 8 am those volunteering to help inside Darlene, Sandra, Debbie, Helen, Gina and Angela.
Roger suggested trucks should block off the area for corvettes, those volunteering to help Ray, Dave M, Trueman, Scott and Roger.
Dave M will ask Kendall regarding window cards.
2) Roger will contact sponsors for Atlantic Nationals.
Next meeting  Tuesday July 2 as July 1 holiday.
Rick adjourned meeting at 8:04.
50/50 in the amount of $21.00 won by Dave Fyffe.
